With all indicators saying the economy will start to bounce back within a year, and the gradual withdrawal from Iraq, the Dems. will be in pretty good shape in 2012. Like it or not, the Dems, will take credit for a better economy, and the pullout of Iraq. All the Dems will need to do is shore up the appearance of the deficit, and they will have a trifecta. This being said, what strategy will the GOP use to compete with this?

First – let me say, I am planning on voting for a Democrat – namely Obama.
But… Ron Paul is the only candidate that seems to connect the dots that “war” and “abortion” are synonymous in the context of Christianity…
Many politicians before him have tried to sell Christians on the idea that homosexuality and abortion are murder but War is somehow not…
Ron Paul wants to allow for “civil unions” (instead of gay marriage but still giving equal rights that are associated with marriage) and he is pro-life…. AND he wants to pull out of Iraq…
Whether or not you agree with these policies as the best course of action – at least he’s not a hypocrite!

Blackberry Security questioned by Obama administration
So apparently we like to keep our presidents uninformed of what is going on. The president-elect Obama is being told that he will have to give up his Blackberry when he takes office. This is coming of the heels of Verizon employees looking at his call records, which got them all fired. After reading about the Verizon fiasco one should come to a couple conclusions
- Don’t get Verizon
- Blackberry’s are not secure.
- The President-elect has Verizon?
- How does he move around all the time with the network people behind him!
At first glance I would think that also and really we do not want the president at risk all the time. Well once again I beg to differ from the majority here, the phone portion of the Blackberry is just like any other wireless phone, so let take that away from the president. You can have a Blackberry with email only, and no phone calls active on it. You can also run the blackberry emails through the pentagons email server and it would be more secure then anything else. I would like, no I would request that the president get emails from various members of his administration or the congress throughout the day. Why do we still try to keep the president so isolated, there is no security risk at all if there was then Blackberry stock should drop in price because they are security risks! I think most people should agree that if the president only listens to a couple people he surrounds himself with, bad things happen(Iraq,bailouts etc…)
Obama real change is not letting people tell you what to do, here is what you say I want a Blackberry!
