True Powell and McCain might be the ultimate ticket especially if running on a national security platform. There would be no way for the dems to come up with some one who would seem more capible then those two. But if the campeign were to focus on a different aspect such as the economy it would be wiser to choose someone else

NO! I think the only REAL choice is Mitt Romney. He could help McCain with the Economics and McCain could prepare him for the next election by teaching him foreign policy.

Colin Powell, I think, is far too smart to fall for that again! GWBush used him as a reason to vote Republican and then tried to make a fool out of him! The ONLY person with intelligence and integrity was Colin Powell which is why he was left out of the inner circle that decided to go to war with Iraq! I don’t believe there is a reason on eaarth the Colin Powell would ever run as a Republican!
